BUSINESS & HOUSE RULES
1. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. Bookings are considered confirmed once payment or valid payment authorization has been received.
2. Payment Terms
Rates may be subject to VAT, tourism taxes, service charges, and other applicable fees. Payment methods may vary depending on the booking channel (direct, OTA, agency).
3. Cancellation & Modification Policy
Cancellation and modification terms vary by rate plan and will be stated at the time of booking. Some rates may be non-refundable.
4. No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive without prior cancellation may result in full booking charges.
5. Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required to cover damages, rule violations, or extra cleaning fees. Deposits are refunded after check-out inspection if no deductions apply.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed in accordance with cancellation rules and payment provider timelines. Refunds are issued in the same currency and method used for payment.
7. Age Requirement
Guests must be 18 years or older to enter into accommodation or travel service agreements. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
8. Fraud & Misuse
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify reservations in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of law.
9. Service Availability
Service offerings, amenities, and property availability may vary by location and partner. Facilities may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or local regulations.
10. Liability
We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or losses caused by events outside our control, including force majeure, government regulations, or third-party providers.🏠 HOUSE RULES
Check-In & Check-Out

🔴 All guests must present a valid passport or government-issued ID at check-in for registration and security purposes.
Guest Conduct
❌ Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
❌ Hookah / shisha use is prohibited.
🚭 Smoking policy may vary by unit.Pets may be allowed only with prior approval and must be declared before arrival.
For pets, the following information must be provided:
✔ species & breed
✔ vaccination documents
✔ identification/passport (where applicable)
Visitors
• Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight without prior approval. Additional guest fees may apply.
• Access to the apartment by individuals who are not registered as guests is not permitted by law and will be refused by building management and/or security.
Noise
Quiet hours must be observed between 22:00 — 08:00.
Damage & Loss
Guests are responsible for any damage to the apartment, furnishings, or common areas caused during their stay.
Cleaning & Waste
Regular housekeeping may be provided depending on the unit. Guests are expected to maintain reasonable cleanliness standards.
Compliance
Guests must comply with condominium rules, building security, and all applicable local laws.
