Our stay here was generally very good; we did not encounter any serious problems. The only thing that bothered us was that there were only as many plates, glasses, forks, etc. in the apartment as there were people. It May not be a problem for short stays, but it can be quite annoying for those staying for a long time.

They were very attentive from the beginning to the end of the stay. Communication was very fast and constructive. The house was exactly as shown in the listing images and was in line with our travel plans for the area. The check-in was easy. The balcony was very enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything necessary. Still, we were asked if we needed it. It was a wonderful resting break for us. We were very pleased. We would definitely like to come back, and we recommend it with peace of mind. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

I went on a “workation” to Istanbul, didn’t want to stay at a hotel, because I wanted more space, so I picked this AirBnB and it was exactly what I needed, beautiful, minimalistic, chill and the noise from the mosques are not loud. I enjoyed it. Also it’s quite cool that you can order meals directly from the restaurant below to your room

Very nice apartment with all amenities, and the staff is super efficient and super helpful.
The only downside is the lack of quality restaurants or fast food nearby. There are only subpar fast-food restaurants, but there are two supermarkets below.

We had an excellent stay with Genius Living. The apartment was comfortable, well-managed, and exactly what we needed for an extended stay in Istanbul. Communication was professional, kind, and very responsive from the beginning, and the check-in process was smooth and well organized.

The team was helpful, respectful, and attentive whenever we had questions, which made the stay easy and stress-free. I especially appreciated their clear communication and hospitality.

I would definitely recommend Genius Living to other guests and would be happy to stay with them again in the future. Thank you for a great experience!

I stayed for three nights with my two parrots and my boyfriend. The view is magnificent, the house is new and spotlessly clean, everything in the house works as it should. As someone who loves a bright house, I can say that it gets a lot of sunlight, and the location is easily accessible. Ms. Ezgi is a very caring and friendly lady, and she helped us a lot. You can easily stay with your pets😊. Thank you again.

A beautiful experience... I was on the 36th floor overlooking large parts of the Omrania area. Restaurants and markets are close by. The accommodation is within the Fraser Place hotel. I didn't experience any inconvenience, and communication with the host was wonderful. I would repeat the experience. Thank you.
